Jalon Walker Injured During Falcons Practice
Atlanta Falcons linebacker Jalon Walker was carted off the practice field on Tuesday in Flowery Branch, Georgia, due to a left leg injury.
Walker, who was drafted in the first round in 2025, had a notable rookie season with 36 tackles, 5.5 sacks, and two forced fumbles. He was the 15th overall pick and is known for his versatility as both an edge rusher and outside linebacker.
As he was assisted off the cart, Walker was unable to put weight on his injured leg. Following the incident, players gathered to support him while trainers provided care. Falcons coach Kevin Stefanski decided to end practice approximately 45 minutes early, and the team has not yet disclosed the injury's severity.
