Jameis Winston Aims for Franchise Record in Week 6

Jameis Winston is entering Week 6 with a strong performance after taking over as the starter for Jaxson Dart. In his last two games, he has thrown six touchdown passes while only recording two interceptions.

Winston achieved three touchdown passes against both the Cardinals and the Commanders. If he manages to replicate this feat against the Saints, he will equal the franchise record for consecutive games with three or more touchdown passes, a record previously set by Y.A. Tittle and matched by Fran Tarkenton and Eli Manning.

Receiver Malik Nabers is expected to support Winston, as he currently has 156 catches in 24 games. With just four more catches, he will surpass Rams receiver Puka Nacua for the second-most catches in a player's first 25 games, trailing only Odell Beckham Jr.'s record of 176.
