James Vowles Highlights Progress Amid Williams F1 Challenges

James Vowles, the team principal of Williams, has conveyed a message of resilience as Formula 1 enters its summer break, asserting that the team is making notable progress behind the scenes despite a challenging beginning to the 2026 season.

Currently, Williams occupies ninth place in the constructors' championship with 11 points, having not scored since the Monaco Grand Prix in June. The FW48 car has faced issues related to balance and excess weight, stemming from production delays that prevented participation in private testing earlier in the year.
