Janel Grant Hospitalized Following Serious Accident
Janel Grant, who gained attention for her lawsuit that led to Vince McMahon's resignation from WWE, has been hospitalized due to a serious accident.
In a recent Instagram update, Grant revealed that she sustained a concussion, broken ribs, and a lung hemorrhage after falling at home in late July or early August. She experienced memory loss regarding the days following the fall and only sought medical help after friends expressed concern for her well-being.
Grant linked her fall to the physical decline she has faced over the past four years since her allegations against McMahon surfaced. She shared that the hospital visit was particularly emotional, as it was the same facility where her father passed away and where she had previously volunteered. Despite the challenges, Grant expressed a newfound sense of vitality and is set to receive the Advocacy in Action Award from the Connecticut Alliance to End Sexual Violence next month for her efforts in NDA reform. Meanwhile, her lawsuit against McMahon and WWE is approaching its conclusion in private arbitration.
