Jed York Pleads No Contest Following Arrest in Ohio

Jed York, the owner of the San Francisco 49ers, was arrested in Ohio on Sunday and subsequently pleaded no contest to charges of disorderly conduct and possession of criminal tools.

According to court documents, York responded to an advertisement on a prostitution website and arranged to pay $140 for sexual activity at a trailer park in East Palestine, Ohio. He was apprehended by law enforcement after it was determined that he had used his cell phone to facilitate the arrangement.

As a result of these charges, York may face disciplinary action under the NFL's Personal Conduct Policy, although the league has not yet commented on the situation.
