Jerry Jones Open to Troy Aikman Joining Cowboys

Troy Aikman visited Philadelphia to commentate on the game between the Cowboys and the Eagles, where he met with Cowboys owner Jerry Jones before the match.

Aikman is facing uncertainty in his career as his contract with ESPN expires at the end of the season. He indicated a willingness to consider a position with the Cowboys, the team that selected him first overall in 1989.

Jones mentioned on 105.3 The Fan that he is open to Aikman taking on a significant role within the organization, describing him as highly qualified and hardworking. While no immediate plans are in place, Jones noted that the possibility of Aikman joining the team should not be dismissed.
