Jets Prepare for Dolphins as Breece Hall's Return Looms
The New York Jets are set to face the winless Miami Dolphins in East Rutherford, N.J., as they aim to improve their season record. The Jets, currently at 2-4, are hoping to welcome back key player Breece Hall, who has been sidelined since Week 3 due to a right quadriceps injury.
Jets coach Aaron Glenn confirmed that Hall will reclaim his starting running back position upon his return. Although Hall did not practice on Wednesday, he remains a possibility for the game against the Dolphins, who are struggling with a 0-5 record. Braelon Allen, who has performed well in Hall's absence, will continue to receive carries.
In addition to Hall, the Jets may also see the return of receiver Adonai Mitchell and left guard Dylan Parham, both of whom have been limited in practice. Meanwhile, the Dolphins are looking to establish their identity under first-year coach Jeff Hafley, having scored the fewest points in the NFL this season. Miami's rushing attack remains strong despite injuries, and they will also be introducing a new kicker, Zane Gonzalez, after releasing Riley Patterson.
