Jets Sign Center Jordan Meredith to New One-Year Contract

The New York Jets have finalized a new one-year contract for center Jordan Meredith, as reported by Over The Cap.

This deal is valued at $2 million, including $1.9 million guaranteed and performance incentives, replacing his previous non-guaranteed contract worth $3.52 million.

Meredith, who is 28 years old, began his career as an undrafted free agent with the Rams but was cut during preseason. He later joined the Raiders, where he spent time on the practice squad before being promoted to the active roster for the 2023 season. He was traded to the Jets along with a 2029 seventh-round pick in exchange for a 2027 sixth-round pick.
