Jets Tight End Kenyon Sadiq Expected to Return Soon After Surgery

Kenyon Sadiq, a rookie tight end for the Jets, is currently sidelined following core muscle surgery he underwent in May. However, he is reportedly making progress towards a return to practice.

Head coach Aaron Glenn expressed optimism about Sadiq's recovery, suggesting he could be back on the practice field within a couple of weeks and ready for the start of the regular season. Glenn noted that recent updates have been encouraging, and he does not foresee any further surgeries being necessary for Sadiq.

Sadiq, who was selected 16th overall in the 2026 NFL draft, had been managing the injury during his last season at Oregon before opting for surgery.
