Jim Johnston Doubts Return to WWE Music Composition
Jim Johnston, known for his work as a music composer for WWE, has indicated that he believes a return to the company is improbable. In a conversation with Joe Bruen of All Axxess Entertainment, Johnston stated that he does not expect to be approached by WWE or its executive, Triple H.
Johnston remarked that the likelihood of being invited back to create wrestling music and entrance themes is virtually nonexistent. He mentioned that he feels Triple H perceives him as aligned with former WWE chairman Vince McMahon, which may affect any potential collaboration.
Having worked with WWE from the mid-1980s until 2017, Johnston is credited with composing several iconic wrestling themes. His last notable contribution was a new theme for wrestler PCO prior to the ROH Death Before Dishonor event in 2019.
