Jim Ross Aims for AEW Commentary Return Soon
Jim Ross, who was unable to attend the All In event in London, is optimistic about returning to AEW commentary within weeks. Following successful brain surgery on August 12, doctors advised against his travel due to concerns about potential falls during the journey.
The next AEW pay-per-view, All Out, is scheduled for September 26 in Hoffman Estates, Illinois, which Ross considers a manageable trip. He is hopeful about attending if his health continues to improve, noting that the flight from Oklahoma City to Chicago is relatively short.
Ross underwent a shunt procedure to alleviate fluid buildup in his brain and is currently dealing with balance issues from broken toes sustained in a fall prior to his surgery. He expressed a desire to contribute to commentary for key matches and praised the AEW team for their performance at All In, particularly highlighting Excalibur's efforts.
