Jim Ross Receives Positive Update on Kidney Health
Jim Ross, who is currently recovering from brain surgery, has received encouraging news about a mass discovered on one of his kidneys. This update was shared during a recent episode of his Grilling JR podcast, marking his first episode since the surgery on August 12.
Following a nervous wait, Ross attended an oncology appointment where he learned that the oncologist does not believe he has cancer. Although there is a small mass, it is manageable and can be removed if necessary. Ross expressed relief after the appointment, noting that he had been anxious leading up to it.
While further tests, including another MRI, are required before any surgical plans can be made, Ross remains optimistic. He has a history of health challenges, including previous surgeries for colon cancer and skin cancer. Due to his recent health issues, he will not be returning to commentary for AEW's All In pay-per-view event in London as initially hoped.
