Jim Ross Undergoes Successful Brain Surgery, Update Provided
Jim Ross, a renowned commentator for AEW, had another brain surgery on Wednesday, which he announced on social media the night before. His co-host, Conrad Thompson, later provided a positive update regarding Ross's recovery.
Thompson reported that the procedure was successful and that Ross was currently in recovery, with hopes of returning home later in the day. The surgery was intended to address an issue with Ross's shunt, following a previous operation in August to drain excess fluid.
Ross had expressed a desire to participate in AEW All In London but was unable to attend. He also missed AEW All Out in Chicago, and there has been no official comment on his availability for the upcoming WrestleDream event in Orlando on October 17. Ross has faced several health challenges in recent years, including hospitalization for an undisclosed condition in June.
