
Joaquin Niemann Wins Ninth Title at LIV Golf New York
Joaquin Niemann, captain of Torque GC, achieved his ninth tournament title at LIV Golf New York, finishing the final round with a score of 2-under 69 and winning by three shots.
Niemann started the day with a two-stroke lead and was tied with Harold Varner III through 11 holes. After Varner bogeyed the 12th hole, Niemann made a significant birdie putt on the 13th, regaining his advantage. He sealed his victory with an eagle on the 15th hole.
In team standings, Bryson DeChambeau's Crushers GC won the team championship, marking their 11th regular-season title. Jon Rahm of Legion XIII secured his third consecutive Individual Championship, despite a challenging final round. Niemann's performance at Bedminster made him the standout player, as he became the fifth wire-to-wire winner of the season.
