Joe Dumars Discusses Pelicans' Offseason Strategy

The team appointed Jamahl Mosley as their new head coach, while their only significant moves included re-signing backup center DeAndre Jordan and offering a two-way contract to second-round pick Jaron Pierre Jr.

Joe Dumars, the executive vice president of basketball operations, shared insights on the lack of roster changes, stating that while the team engaged in numerous trade discussions, none of the offers met their improvement criteria. Dumars emphasized the importance of making the right moves rather than acting impulsively.
