Joe Gacy recently discussed the Wyatt Sicks concept during an interview, highlighting elements that he feels were not adequately presented on television.

He explained that the group's premise involved Bo Dallas experiencing a traumatic event, indirectly referencing the loss of his brother Bray Wyatt, which led to the development of a split personality represented by Uncle Howdy. Gacy noted that the other members were encouraged to adopt different personas to assist Dallas in coping with his trauma.

Gacy mentioned that the concept was intended to portray them as a close-knit group, albeit with a slightly unhinged dynamic, where they would take on various puppet-like characters. Since their release from WWE in April, Gacy, now wrestling as Joseph Sawyer, has achieved success by becoming the GCW World Champion.
