Jordan Love Reports Back Injury, Expects to Play Against Lions

Jordan Love, the quarterback for the Green Bay Packers, appeared on the injury report as limited due to a back issue on Wednesday.

Despite this, Love indicated that he does not expect to miss the Week 7 game against the Detroit Lions. He mentioned that the soreness is a result of taking hits during the previous game against the Cowboys, where he was sacked three times and hit eight times.

Love noted that he is taking a day-by-day approach to his recovery and appreciated having a jog-through day to focus on mental preparation. This season, he has thrown for 1,684 yards, completing 60 percent of his passes with 11 touchdowns and four interceptions.
