Jordan Love Takes on Play Calling Duties in Packers' Preseason Finale

Jordan Love, the Packers' first-string quarterback, was unexpectedly assigned play calling responsibilities for the second half by head coach Matt LaFleur, who had initially delegated this task to offensive coordinator Adam Stenavich. LaFleur noted Love's calm demeanor during critical moments of the game.

This marked the first occasion Love called plays, a decision LaFleur communicated to him just before the game began. McCord's performance may complicate the Packers' roster decisions, as they consider the possibility of retaining three quarterbacks to prevent McCord from being claimed by another team.
