Jorge Posada Expresses Discontent with Yankees Organization
Jorge Posada, a legendary catcher for the New York Yankees, has expressed feelings of discontent with the organization. In a recent interview, he stated that he does not believe the team wants him to return in any capacity and feels unwelcome during visits, including spring training.
Posada, who won four World Series titles with the Yankees and spent his entire MLB career with the team from 1995 to 2011, did not provide specific reasons for his sentiments. He achieved significant milestones during his career, including 1,664 hits and five All-Star selections, and had his number 20 retired by the Yankees in 2015.
The Yankees, who have not secured a World Series title since 2009, were recently eliminated from the postseason by the Tampa Bay Rays.
