Josh Adams Released for Cardiff's Match Against Ospreys

Wales wing Josh Adams has been released from the national team camp to play for Cardiff in their match against Ospreys at St Helen's in the United Rugby Championship.

The 31-year-old, who recently returned from a hamstring injury, is the only player from a Welsh region in Steve Tandy's squad to be given game time ahead of the Nations Championship. Cardiff is missing six other players from the Wales squad, while Ospreys are without four.

In the absence of hooker Liam Belcher, lock Josh McNally will captain Cardiff, and number eight Alun Lawrence returns from injury for his first appearance of the season.
