Josh Allen Nears 5,000 Career Rushing Yards Milestone

Bills quarterback Josh Allen is on the verge of a significant career milestone, aiming to become the fifth quarterback in NFL history to reach 5,000 rushing yards.

Currently, Allen has accumulated 4,960 rushing yards and requires just 40 yards in his upcoming game against the Raiders to achieve this feat. He joins a select group of quarterbacks, including Lamar Jackson, Michael Vick, Cam Newton, and Russell Wilson, who have surpassed this mark.

In addition to his rushing yards, Allen holds the record for the most rushing touchdowns by a quarterback, with a total of 87. While he may not surpass Jackson's career rushing yardage, he is positioned to retire with the highest number of rushing touchdowns and potentially the second-most rushing yards among quarterbacks.
