Josh Jacobs' Ex-Girlfriend Seeks to Seal Evidence in Legal Case
Josh Jacobs' ex-girlfriend has taken significant legal action by requesting a Wisconsin court to permanently seal evidence linked to the case involving the Green Bay Packers running back.
The motion, submitted by her attorneys on Tuesday, aims to protect her privacy following Jacobs' no contest plea to misdemeanor battery and criminal damage to property charges stemming from a May 23 incident at his home.
In their filing, the attorneys emphasized the need to keep sensitive records confidential, especially after Jacobs accepted responsibility for his actions. This request may impact the NFL's ongoing investigation, as the league is reportedly seeking surveillance footage from the incident, which is said to exist from inside Jacobs' garage. Jacobs has been on the NFL's Commissioner Exempt List since August 30, preventing him from playing or practicing while the league reviews the situation.
