Juliana Miller achieved a significant victory by defeating Ravena Oliveira with a second-round rear-naked choke at UFC Vegas 120, held on Saturday night at the Meta Apex in Las Vegas.

Entering the match with a 1-3 record in her previous four fights, Miller faced Oliveira, who was also on a losing streak. From the start, Miller utilized her wrestling skills to dominate the first round, keeping Oliveira pinned down for most of the time.

The second round continued in a similar fashion until Miller took Oliveira to the ground and transitioned to a back mount, where she successfully applied the rear-naked choke, prompting Oliveira to tap out. This victory ended Miller's losing streak that began after her win during the 2022 TUF season. Following the fight, Miller expressed her concerns about the wildfires in Spokane, Washington.
