Kairi Sane's AEW Move Delayed by Visa Status

Kairi Sane, a former WWE star, has been associated with a potential move to AEW following her exit from WWE. Recent reports indicate that visa complications are not the reason for the delay in her signing with the promotion.

According to Fightful Select, Sane has various options available in Japan and other locations. Although her US visa has expired, she is not currently waiting on a visa to join AEW. The visa process will commence only after she officially signs with the promotion, which has yet to happen.

Previously, it was reported that discussions had taken place between AEW and Sane regarding her joining the company. AEW's Tony Khan has expressed interest in signing her, recognizing her wrestling skills. Sane has not competed since leaving WWE but is scheduled to participate in Chris Jericho's Rock 'N' Wrestling Rager at Sea from November 7 to November 11, 2026.
