Kenneth Murray Joins Texans' Practice Squad

Kenneth Murray, a former first-round draft pick, has signed with the Texans' practice squad. This move comes after the team placed linebacker Henry To’oTo’o on injured reserve.

Murray, who is originally from Houston, visited the Texans on Tuesday before finalizing the agreement. He had been a free agent since March, having previously worked out for the Giants and Dolphins during the offseason.

Last season, Murray played as the middle linebacker for the Cowboys, recording 81 tackles, four tackles for loss, three quarterback hits, and two pass breakups. He was originally drafted by the Chargers in 2020 and has also played for the Titans.
