Bryan Alvarez discussed Omega's absence on Wrestling Observer Live, speculating that it might be linked to his recent health issues, specifically diverticulitis, which could make traveling to Mexico risky due to potential health concerns.

Despite not being present at the event, Omega later appeared on Dynamite to confront members of the Don Callis Family who attacked Ospreay, indicating his ongoing involvement in the storyline.
