Kevin Nash Reflects on Overcoming Serious Injuries During WWE Comeback
Kevin Nash, during a recent episode of his podcast, shared his experiences with injuries sustained after his return to WWE in the early 2000s. His comeback was complicated by a bicep injury, quad injuries, and a neck injury, which significantly impacted his career.
Nash specifically highlighted the challenges of his quad injury, recalling how a doctor informed him that few athletes his age recover fully from such an injury. He described being in an immobilizer and unable to bear weight on his leg, which led to a period of being wheelchair-bound for about 40 days. This situation exacerbated his existing shoulder problems due to the added strain on his body.
He also mentioned that his friend Triple H's similar injury a year earlier provided him with insights that aided his recovery. Nash reflected on the time spent in recovery, noting that it changed his perspective on his career and health.
