Khamzat Chimaev Weighs In Lighter Than Tyron Woodley for RAF Moscow Match
Khamzat Chimaev weighed in at 192.5 pounds for his upcoming wrestling match against Tyron Woodley, who tipped the scales at 193.6 pounds. The two MMA fighters will headline the RAF Moscow event at the Arena Mytishchi on Saturday.
This event marks the first time the Real American Freestyle organization has taken place in Russia. Chimaev, who previously debuted in the organization with a win over Dillon Danis, has come in lighter than his last match where he weighed over 200 pounds.
Woodley, a former UFC welterweight champion, also secured a victory in his RAF debut against Joaquin Buckley in August. Chimaev's lighter weight has led to speculation about his potential return to the UFC Octagon, as he has expressed interest in facing contenders like Sean Strickland or Caio Borralho.
