Kimi Antonelli, the current leader of the Formula 1 championship, was filmed reversing his Mercedes-AMG GT 4-Door Coupe into a wooden fence at the Circuit of the Americas during the US Grand Prix weekend.

The incident occurred as Antonelli attempted to park next to his teammate George Russell's car. Although the collision caused minor damage, Antonelli entertained onlookers by performing a burnout, creating a cloud of tire smoke.

Despite this slip-up, Antonelli has been performing well and is on the brink of potentially becoming the youngest F1 world champion. He holds a 102-point lead over Russell and needs to secure a win in Austin, with specific finishing positions required from Russell and Lewis Hamilton to clinch the title.
