Kimi Antonelli Leads Final Practice at Spanish Grand Prix Amid Crashes
Kimi Antonelli achieved the fastest time in the final practice session for the Formula 1 Spanish Grand Prix at the Madring circuit, despite interruptions from two crashes.
The session was halted after 23 minutes when Lewis Hamilton of Ferrari crashed into the wall at Turn 22, damaging his front wing. Hamilton attempted to complete a lap on three wheels but had to abandon the effort midway through due to the damage.
After a delay of nearly 40 minutes for barrier repairs, the session resumed, allowing drivers to make final adjustments before qualifying. Antonelli ultimately took the lead with a time of 1m32.797s, while Charles Leclerc followed closely behind. The session concluded early due to another crash by Haas driver Oliver Bearman, which solidified Antonelli's position at the top.
