Kubiak acknowledged the need for rapid improvement, stating that the team has taken a step backward and is searching for accountable players who can contribute effectively. The performance of Jalen Nailor and other recent draft picks has not met expectations, with some players failing to make a significant impact in games.

While Kubiak did not specify the exact improvements needed, offensive coordinator Andrew Janocko outlined key areas of focus for the receivers, including proper tempo, precise footwork, and playmaking abilities.
