Kris Statlander Claims Championship at Pro Wrestling EVE Event

Kris Statlander, a star from AEW, made an unexpected appearance at the Pro Wrestling EVE x The World 2 event held at The Big Penny Social in London, England. She responded to an open challenge from EVE Champion Session Moth Martina and ultimately secured victory to claim the championship.

Statlander executed her Friday Night Fever finisher twice to defeat Martina, who had previously attempted to secure a win with her JagerBomb finisher. Although Statlander is not currently scheduled to participate in AEW All In this Sunday, there is speculation about a possible appearance.

This event marks Statlander's return to Pro Wrestling EVE, where she previously held the EVE International Championship before losing it in June to Miya Yamashita, who is also set to appear on the card. Other AEW talents confirmed for the event include Skye Blue, Marina Shafir, and referee Aubrey Edwards.
