Kurtis Campbell's Journey from Bullying to UFC Fighter
Kurtis Campbell, a 24-year-old fighter from Liverpool, is set to compete against Trevor Peek at UFC Paris this Saturday. His journey began at the age of seven when his parents enrolled him in Muay Thai classes to help him deal with bullying at school.
Initially intended as a means of self-defense, Campbell's training evolved into a passion for combat sports. He won his first international Muay Thai title at 15 and later earned a contract with the UFC after a successful stint on Dana White's Contender Series in September 2025.
After suffering a TKO loss in his UFC debut in March, Campbell is now focused on bouncing back in his upcoming fight. He reflects on his journey, expressing pride in how far he has come and his desire to continue building his legacy in the sport.
