The AAA Reina de Reinas title match for TripleMania 34 has been confirmed, with La Catalina set to challenge Flammer for the championship.
La Catalina claimed her contender position by winning a gauntlet match at AAA Ola de Calor, held at Bert Ogden Arena in Edinburg, Texas. In the final moments, she eliminated La Hiedra, who is part of the same faction as the current champion, Flammer. An interference attempt by Flammer backfired, resulting in her accidentally striking La Hiedra with the title belt, allowing Catalina to secure victory with a bicycle kick.
Earlier in the match, Catalina had also eliminated Thea Hail, who had previously taken out Lady Shani, while Shani eliminated Adalicious to kick off the gauntlet. Catalina's win sets the stage for her title match against Flammer on September 13, 2026, during the second night of TripleMania 34 at Arena CDMX in Mexico City.
