La Catalina Wins Reina de Reinas Title at AAA Triplemania 34
La Catalina made history on Sunday by defeating Flammer to win the Reina de Reinas title at AAA Triplemania 34, marking the end of Flammer's reign, which lasted 1,127 days.
The match concluded with Flammer anticipating interference from La Hiedra, but when no one appeared, Catalina capitalized on the moment with a hip attack followed by a running knee to secure her victory.
Earlier in the event, miscommunication between Flammer and Hiedra contributed to the outcome of a fatal four-way match, allowing Roxanne Perez to pin Hiedra and become the number one contender for the Reina de Reinas title. Perez is set to face Catalina for the title at Worlds Collide on September 26.
