Lamar Jackson Misses Practice Again, Tyler Huntley Expected to Start
Lamar Jackson is anticipated to miss a second straight game as he continues to recover from an ankle injury. He did not participate in the media-accessible portion of Friday's practice.
Head coach Jesse Minter indicated that Jackson could still play in the upcoming Week 6 game against the Browns without practicing, but Tyler Huntley is expected to take the starting role. Huntley had a strong performance last week, completing 24 of 32 passes for 201 yards, along with two touchdowns and a rushing touchdown.
In addition to Jackson, several other players, including left tackle Ronnie Stanley and tight end Matt Hibner, were also absent from Friday's practice. Minter is scheduled to speak with the media following practice, and the Ravens will release their final injury report later in the day.
