Lance Stroll Drives Rare Aston Martin DBR22 in Monaco
Lance Stroll, the Aston Martin Formula 1 driver, was recently observed driving an ultra-rare Aston Martin DBR22 in Monaco during the F1 summer break.
The DBR22, which features an open-cockpit design and a powerful 5.2-litre twin-turbocharged V12 engine, can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in just 3.5 seconds and has a top speed of 198 mph. Only 22 units of this limited-edition speedster were produced, with current values estimated between £2.5million and £3million.
This sighting comes as Stroll faces challenges in the 2026 F1 season, where Aston Martin has struggled with performance issues, resulting in multiple retirements. The team recently introduced a B-spec car, which improved their performance at the Hungarian Grand Prix.
