Lando Norris Launches Junior Team to Support Aspiring F1 Drivers

Lando Norris, the Formula 1 world champion, has announced the creation of LN4 Fusion, a junior racing team designed to assist young drivers on their journey to Formula 1. The team was launched near Monza ahead of the Italian Grand Prix weekend and will operate across various feeder categories starting next year.

Norris is investing his own funds into this initiative, which he believes will provide essential support to aspiring racers who may not have the same opportunities he had. He emphasized the importance of tailored coaching and the right environment for driver development.

LN4 Fusion will be managed by Rene Rosin, a notable figure in junior motorsport, while Norris will oversee the program. Additionally, he is establishing the LN4 Legacy Programme, which aims to offer talented young drivers opportunities they might not otherwise receive. The program will include teams in several championships, including the Italian F4 Championship and FIA Formula 3 Championship, with plans to compete in Formula 2 as well.
