Lando Norris Launches LN4 Fusion Junior Racing Team
Lando Norris has entered team ownership with the establishment of LN4 Fusion, a junior single-seater racing operation designed to facilitate the progression of drivers from karting to Formula 1.
LN4 Fusion intends to participate in Italian Formula 4, the FIA Formula Regional European Championship, and FIA Formula 3 beginning in 2027. The team is also conducting a British Formula 4 testing program while preparing for future championship entries, with its main European base set to be in the Veneto region of Italy.
The organization has acquired assets from AIX Racing, including an FIA F3 entry valid until the end of 2027, and is in the process of applying for participation in Formula 2. The team is led by an investment group headed by Dan Richards, who will serve as CEO, while René Rosin, with extensive experience in junior racing, takes on the role of team principal. Norris is also funding the LN4 Legacy Programme, aimed at supporting young drivers facing financial barriers in their racing careers.
