Lando Norris Launches Racing Team for Emerging Drivers
Reigning Formula 1 champion Lando Norris has announced the co-founding of his own racing team, LN4 Fusion, aimed at nurturing young drivers. The announcement was made on Wednesday in Milan, where Norris expressed his ambition to win more titles through this new venture.
LN4 Fusion will compete in various championships starting in 2027, including Formula 3, Italian Formula 4, and the Formula Regional European Championship, with future plans to enter Formula 2. The team's livery will feature Norris' helmet design in black and neon yellow-green.
Norris, who recently extended his contract with McLaren until 2030, has appointed experienced managers from junior racing series to oversee daily operations. He will actively contribute to the team's identity and culture. Additionally, Norris is establishing the LN4 Legacy Programme to financially support young drivers who lack the necessary backing to pursue their racing careers.
