Leeds United Hosts Manchester United in Premier League Clash

Leeds United is set to face Manchester United at Elland Road on Sunday, seeking their first league win in three matches after a recent loss to Arsenal. The match is part of a longstanding rivalry between the two clubs.

Leeds suffered a setback last week when they lost to Arsenal despite initially leading the game. Manager Daniel Farke acknowledged the early stage of the season but emphasized the need to focus on current performance. Meanwhile, Manchester United, under pressure after a poor start and a recent defeat in the Champions League, is three points behind Leeds in the standings.

In terms of team news, Leeds may see the return of Daniel James, while Joe Rodon is expected to be sidelined for one to three weeks. For Manchester United, Luke Shaw and Kobbie Mainoo could return, but several players, including Manuel Ugarte, remain out due to injuries. The match kicks off at 14:00 BST and will be broadcast live in the UK.
