On Sunday afternoon, the Lehigh Valley IronPigs faced a challenging situation, trailing 6-2 against Worcester and on the verge of a fifth consecutive loss. However, a dramatic ninth inning turned the game around.

Carter Kieboom walked, and Tommy Pham reached base due to an error, setting the stage for Otto Kemp's RBI single. Paul McIntosh then hit a double, scoring both Pham and Kemp. Steward Berroa's bunt led to another error, allowing pinch-runner Colby Thomas to score and tie the game. With no outs recorded, Robert Moore's sacrifice bunt advanced Berroa, and Kameron Misner's sacrifice fly completed a five-run comeback, securing a 7-6 victory for the IronPigs.

This win was crucial for the team following a 19-0 loss to Worcester, which marked the worst defeat in IronPigs history. The previous night, the team struggled, with catcher Adley Rutschman making a notable debut for the WooSox. The IronPigs will host Scranton/Wilkes-Barre for a six-game series at Coca-Cola Park this week.
