Lehigh Valley IronPigs to Rename Stadium to Jefferson Park in 2027
ALLENTOWN, Pa. — The Lehigh Valley IronPigs have announced that their home stadium, Coca-Cola Park, will be renamed Jefferson Park beginning with the 2027 Minor League Baseball season.
This change was revealed during a press conference at the ballpark, coinciding with the team's enhanced partnership with Jefferson Health, which oversees Lehigh Valley Health Network. IronPigs co-owner Joe Finley expressed that this development will significantly benefit the team and its community.
The partnership will also include educational and recreational fundraising initiatives through IronPigs Charities, with more details to be shared in the future. The IronPigs have been a leader in Minor League Baseball attendance, averaging 8,500 fans per game since 2008, and will play their last game under the Coca-Cola Park name on Sunday against Worcester.
