Lisandro Martinez Critiques Manchester United's Transfer Strategy After Atletico Loss

Lisandro Martinez expressed strong criticism towards Manchester United's technical director Jason Wilcox and the club's transfer strategy following a 2-0 defeat to Atletico Madrid.

The match saw United suffer a loss with goals from Pablo Barrios and Ademola Lookman, compounded by Leny Yoro's red card, leaving the team with only two wins in their first nine games of the season.

Martinez remarked on the team's poor performance, indicating it reflects the current state of the club. He emphasized the need for more investment and stronger squad development to compete effectively, contrasting the current situation with the previous season's success under manager Michael Carrick.
