LIV Golf Faces Fourth Vendor Lawsuit Amid Financial Struggles

LIV Golf is facing ongoing financial challenges as a fourth vendor has initiated legal action against the league, claiming approximately $1.1 million in unpaid bills. The lawsuit was filed by Fantasy Interactive, the agency responsible for LIV's website and mobile app, which is seeking $990,000 in outstanding fees, with interest pushing the total closer to $1.1 million.

This legal dispute adds to a series of vendor lawsuits, including claims from Deltatre for $935,000, Mobii Systems Group for over $1.1 million, and Fresh Tape Media for between $1.2 million and $1.3 million. Additionally, LIV Golf is undergoing significant restructuring, with layoffs announced as the league transitions to a new phase without financial backing from the PIF.

Despite the turmoil, LIV Golf's CEO has indicated that a new lead investor may be secured soon, with plans for a 10-event schedule in 2027. However, the future remains uncertain as the league grapples with its current financial situation and the potential departure of key players.
