Under the management of Andoni Iraola, Liverpool has secured victories against Sunderland and Wrexham, while Leeds recently rebounded from a loss to Wrexham with a narrow 1-0 win over Sunderland in New Jersey.

Joe Gomez will miss the match due to a muscular injury, but new signing Jeremy Jacquet is expected to make his debut. Other players like Alexander Isak, Florian Wirtz, and Ryan Gravenberch may also feature, although they might not start. Leeds has introduced new players Tarik Muharemovic and Gabriel Gudmundsson, who are vying for starting positions.
