Liverpool Considers Signing PSG's Ibrahim Mbaye
Liverpool is contemplating a transfer for Ibrahim Mbaye, an 18-year-old winger from Paris Saint-Germain. Mbaye, who made his debut for PSG in August 2024 at the age of 16, has since played 42 matches for the club.
The Senegal international, who primarily plays on the right wing, is reportedly interested in joining Liverpool. The club is actively seeking to enhance its wide attacking options following the departure of Mohamed Salah.
In addition to Mbaye, Liverpool is also considering his PSG teammate Bradley Barcola, although no formal offers have been made for either player. Liverpool aims to have five wingers by the end of the transfer window, including a younger player for development. New manager Andoni Iraola emphasizes the importance of wide players in his strategy.
