Liverpool Pursues Brighton's Yankuba Minteh

Liverpool has initiated discussions with Brighton regarding the potential signing of winger Yankuba Minteh.

The 22-year-old Gambia international has recorded 10 goals and nine assists in 73 matches for Brighton. Minteh, who primarily plays on the right wing, is currently in recovery from a leg injury sustained during a friendly against Roma earlier this month.

With the recent departure of Mohamed Salah, Liverpool manager Andoni Iraola aims to enhance the team's wide attacking options before the transfer window closes. The club has already signed Victor Munoz from Osasuna for £34 million and is also interested in Paris St-Germain's Bradley Barcola, although negotiations regarding his transfer are ongoing due to differing valuations.
