Liverpool to Exercise Patience with Szoboszlai's Injury
Liverpool's Dominik Szoboszlai is dealing with a thigh injury sustained during the match against Brentford, but he is not expected to be out for an extended period. Coach Andoni Iraola emphasized the need for patience as Szoboszlai recovers.
Szoboszlai had previously missed a match against Manchester City due to a hamstring issue and sat out a Champions League game against LASK Linz before returning to play. He was substituted shortly after the 30-minute mark in the match against Brentford, which Liverpool won 2-1.
In addition to Szoboszlai, Liverpool's Jeremie Frimpong also suffered a thigh injury during the same match. Iraola noted that Frimpong's situation is more serious, as he sustained a new muscle injury early in the game, making his recovery more uncertain.
