Luke Browning Returns for FP1 with Williams at Monza
Williams has announced that Luke Browning, a reserve driver and member of their Academy, will participate in the opening practice session at the Autodromo Nazionale Monza, driving Alex Albon's FW48.
This session will be Browning's sixth FP1 appearance for the team and his second for the 2026 season, fulfilling a requirement for rookie test sessions. He previously drove the FW48 in Austria, where he gained valuable experience with the new technical regulations.
Browning's involvement is part of Williams' initiative to nurture young talent through its Driver Academy, which supports drivers at various levels of motorsport. Alongside his role with Williams, Browning competes in Super Formula with Team Kondo Racing, currently holding 12th place in the standings.
